ChildCry Funds Assist after Fire
Dear Family and Friends,
On 16 Nov 2009, a fire razed about 432 homes in Block 37 Brgy Addition Hills, Mandaluyong City (Philippines). No lives were lost, praise God! Two of our house churches (cell groups) were burned. 6 house church members’ homes were burned. Most of the families are evacuated in a nearby school.
Through the leadership of Pastor Mike, we have started to do daily feeding through ChildCry funds. Last night 1150 people were fed. We will be conducting a concert to comfort them and reassure them of God’s love. A medical-dental mission will be scheduled to meet their healthcare needs.
Please pray for great faith to arise in the hearts of the affected families. That the Lord will turn this for their good. That they will get to know the Lord Jesus as their personal Lord and Savior.
Please pray for ClWC as well – for strength and the joy of the Lord to overflow as we minister to the fire survivors.
